Note: the text already typed inside a PDF cannot be edited directly — no program does that well. The way it is really done is the way it is done here: lay a white strip over the old words and write the new ones on top.

This form is for a business that holds its own Commercial Register (CR) in Qatar. Fill in the name, the CR number, the work you do, the areas you cover and your phone number. As you type, the card beside the form shows exactly what people will see.
